A Message from LLNOH Chair and Coordinator, Donna Lawrence

40% more Canadians are experiencing homelessness today than in 2020! Assistance from the Lookout Society is needed more than ever!

Since 2017, participants of The Long, Long Night of Hope have been fundraising in support of local shelters, and in that time we have raised over $100,000 for North Vancouver's Lookout Society Shelter.

We have also been raising awareness for the homelessness crisis, especially focusing on "hidden homelessness" - those who live in their cars, or sleep in the forest, or depend on the kindness of friends and families because they have no home of their own.

The Long, Long Night of Hope Event is February 24, 2024.

The 2024 Long, Long Night of Hope campaign has started, and will continue raising funds until March 15, 2024.

We need your help to make the 2024 Long, Long Night of Hope campaign the biggest yet, so we can help even more people experiencing homelessness on the North Shore. Register and take part in the fundraiser! Share with your friends and family! EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN! REALLY, EVERYONE!

Homelessness is not Hopelessness. Be the Hope.
